What we do

Crew Land Co. is a rural land brokerage. We list and sell land, and we represent buyers. That covers timberland, hunting and recreational tracts, farm ground, homesites, and inherited property somebody needs to sell.

Before we put a number on a tract, we look at what is actually there: legal access from a public road, the boundaries, road frontage, water, wet or flood-prone ground, and any leases, timber rights, or restrictions that come with it. Then we compare it to what similar land has really sold for.

If timber is part of the value

Crew Land Co. handles the land sale. Southeast Forestlands handles the professional forestry work — timber cruises, appraisals, timber sales, management plans, replanting, and burning.
